About the Job
We are looking for a friendly, compassionate, and clinically skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our practice is focused on providing excellent hygiene care while building genuine, long-term relationships with our patients.

We believe great hygiene care is about more than a cleaning—it’s about patient education, prevention, trust, and making every patient feel comfortable and cared for.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive preventive hygiene care, including cleanings, periodontal assessments, radiographs, fluoride, and periodontal therapy as appropriate.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and personalized home-care recommendations.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, comfortable experience.
  • Listen to patients’ concerns and tailor care to their individual needs.
  • Identify and communicate clinical findings and recommended treatment to the dentist and clinical team.
  • Encourage patients to stay proactive with their preventive and periodontal care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection-control and practice protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the entire dental team to provide seamless, patient-centered care.
  • Help support patient retention and continued engagement with the practice.

Qualifications:

  • Current Dental Hygiene license and required certifications.
  • Strong clinical and periodontal assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Warm, personable, and patient-focused.
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to educate patients in a positive manner.
  • Team-oriented with a genuine commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
